"The most important thing is the end result, that you helped a patient. You see, you can cure a lot. But you have to be both an obstetrician-gynaecologist and a specialist in other areas. You have to know all the latest methods. Therefore, we participate in many international congresses and seminars. Education never stops.
You have to be a good psychologist, too. Gynaecology is an intimate area and a patient should trust you. There cannot be a shallow attitude to a patient. The person who came to you, to some extent, depends on you. You also have to react properly and in extraordinary situations as well.
If truth be told, you have to be like the priest because it's a deeply personal sphere. The patient came to you in the office and nothing about him/her should go beyond these walls. Oh, and the most important is a result".
